AquaPOL
AquaPOL unsaturated polyester resins are developed to deliver resin solutions that fulfill customers’ need as cast polymer, engineered stone and solid surface. AquaPOL resins are designed to perform across a wide variety of critical processes, including fast green strength development and quick demold time without cracking or warping.
AquaPOL ESM
It is a medium viscosity, low reactive, non pre accelerated unsaturated polyester resin specially engineered for production of Composite Marble by block process. It is designed to have low shrinkage and high resistance to crack formation and bending.
It has moderate glass transition temperature and excellent processibility. It is specially stabilized to ensure exceptional consistency and repeatability of composite marbles. It’s unique cure profile, high filler loading, low shrinkage and moderate exothermal development exhibits a non cracking tendency and has excellent physical properties.
Composite Marble engineered from AquaPOL ESM exhibits superior mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance, better surface quality and gloss.
AquaPOL ESQ
It is a medium viscosity, low reactive, non pre accelerated unsaturated polyester resin specially engineered for the production of Composite Quartz Slabs.
It is intended for use in vibro-compression processes. It exhibits excellent flexibility for flexural strength retention, low shrinkage at high curing temperatures and high resistance to crack formation.
It is designed for high filler loading and fast strength development with quick demold time without warping and cracking. It is specially stabilized to ensure exceptional consistency and repeatability of quartz slabs. It is highly compatible with coupling agents and provides excellent binding to fillers.
Composite Quartz Slabs engineered from AquaPOL ESQ exhibits superior mechanical strength, thermal shock resistance, better surface quality and gloss to make the Quartz Slab feel like Natural Stone.
AquaPOL GP
It is a low viscosity, medium viscosity, low reactive, non pre accelerated unsaturated polyester resin specially engineered for the general purpose.
